Who publishes the app

OurVision is published by Oikodomeo, a sole proprietorship registered in France:

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use OurVision. We ask for your year of birth at sign-up to check this.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or with a code sent to your email address. You choose the first name shown in the app.

Your shared space

A space is private and limited to two members. What one member adds, the other member sees.

The space contains a vision board, projects, a shared calendar and an album.

What you add

You can add photos, videos, words, projects, calendar events and albums. We store them to run the app and show them to the other member of your space.

Other people in your photos

When you add a photo or a video in which other people appear, you guarantee that you have the right to do so.

Your space is private and limited to two members, but this responsibility remains yours.

Subscription

• OurVision starts with a free trial of 3 days.
• After the trial, the subscription costs $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year. The price shown in the App Store before you subscribe is the one that applies.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
• You can cancel it at any time in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment and billing are handled by Apple. Apple's terms apply to the purchase.

If you live in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It is handled by the App Store.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings.

Removing content and deleting your account

• Content you remove disappears from your space right away. It stays on our servers until the space is deleted.
• If you are the only member of your space when you delete your account, the space and everything in it are deleted.
• If your partner is still in the space, your account is deleted and your partner keeps the space and everything in it, including what you added.

You can also ask us to delete your account without opening the app, from the account deletion page.
